2) Pushups x 15 reps
3) Glute Bridges x 15 reps
4) Burpees x15 reps
5) Mountain climbers x15 reps
6) Situps x15 reps
Repeat from 3-6 rounds depending on fitness level.

A video of Owner/ Director of MaxFit Performance competing in under armour test of will competition. Having placed in the top 40 of over 300 of some of the fittest in Bangkok, with a total score of 98 reps in 4 minutes. Having not trained very much leading up to the event. Next year his goal is to finish in the top 10 by training more consistently and training specifically related to the event, which he has started to do in the last few weeks.
